David DesRosiers is the former Executive Vice President of the Manhattan Institute and founder of Revere Advisors—a boutique public policy, opinion, and philanthropic advisory firm. He earned his Ph.D. in political science at Fordham University and is a trustee of the Endowment for Inner-City Education.
DesRosiers is currently writing a book on the future of philanthropy in the wake of the September 2008 economic crisis.
