New York City: Reborn 2021

On the Cover:

Born in southern Spain, freelance illustrator and designer Errata Carmona studied graphic design, illustration, comic, and editorial and audiovisual design at Estación Diseño. Prior to attending design school, he worked at a printing house and as a self-taught artist. Carmona finds inspiration at home, in the blazing sun of his native city of Seville, and in the city’s local stores, parks, and streets. His style is based on simple shapes and flat colors and emphasizes the conceptual aspects of illustration. He creates illustration and graphic design for magazines, book covers, children’s books, posters, logos, and branding and identity design. Carmona’s work has appeared in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, GQ, the Boston Globe, Scientific American, and other publications.
