Treating drug dependence with rewards, cash rewards? I was a junkie. I would use it to buy drugs. Sorry.

Yes, it raises the question of what you are going to do for them the next time they show up addicted and in trouble. "Well, you paid me last time." Antisocial people with personality disorders will quickly come to regard it as a right to be paid.
