Theodore Dalrymple is a physician who regularly sees patients in an English prison. He is a contributing editor of City Journal, a columnist for the London Spectator, and a frequent contributor to the Daily Telegraph.

Kay S. Hymowitz, a contributing editor of City Journal, is the author of Ready or Not: Why Treating Children as Small Adults Endangers Their Future and Ours, to be published this fall. She has written for the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times.

E.V. Kontorovich, a former newspaperman at the New York Post and the Wall Street Journal editorial pages, is now a first-year law student at the University of Chicago.

Heather Mac Donald is a contributing editor of City Journal and John M. Olin Fellow at the Manhattan Institute. Her articles have appeared in the Wall Street Journal, The New Republic, The New Criterion, and the New York Times.

Richard E. Morgan is William Nelson Cromwell Professor of Constitutional Law and Government at Bowdoin College. He is at work on a book about the Supreme Court in the 1980s, Constitutional Conservatism: The Counterrevolution That Couldn’t.

James Morrison is a documentary filmmaker and co-author of The Stuff Americans Are Made Of, a treatise on American culture. He is now finishing his second novel.

Matt Robinson is a national issues writer for Investor’s Business Daily.

Roger Scruton is a writer and philosopher living in England. He is a contributing editor of City Journal and editor of The Salisbury Review. His books include The Aesthetic Understanding: Essays in the Philosophy of Art and Culture and An Intelligent Person's Guide to Modern Culture.

Sol Stern, a contributing editor of City Journal, has written for Commentary and the Wall Street Journal and has served as a policy analyst for the governments of New York City and New York State.

William J. Stern is a contributing editor of City Journal. He chaired Governor Cuomo’s 1982 campaign, and from 1983 to 1985 headed the state’s Urban Development Corporation.
