Brian C. Anderson is senior editor of City Journal and the author of Raymond Aron: The Recovery of the Political. His new book is entitled South Park Conservatives: The Revolt Against Liberal Media Bias.

Theodore Dalrymple, a physician, is a contributing editor of City Journal and the Dietrich Weismann Fellow at the Manhattan Institute. His current book, Our Culture, What’s Left of It, is the second collection of his City Journal essays.

Nicole Gelinas, a new contributing editor of City Journal, was previously a business journalist for Thomson Financial. She also wrote an op-ed column for the New York Post. Gelinas is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Victor Davis Hanson is a contributing editor of City Journal. He is the author, most recently, of A War Like No Other: How the Athenians and Spartans Fought the Peloponnesian War. His other books include Mexifornia and Carnage and Culture. He is a classicist and military historian at the Hoover Institution, Stanford University.

Heather Mac Donald is a contributing editor of City Journal and John M. Olin Fellow at the Manhattan Institute. She is the author of Are Cops Racist? and The Burden of Bad Ideas.

Steven Malanga is a contributing editor of City Journal and a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute. His new book, The New New Left, is a collection of his City Journal essays.

Harry Stein is a contributing editor of City Journal. A journalist and novelist, he is the author of How I Accidentally Joined the Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy (and Found Inner Peace) and The Girl Watchers Club.
