"General Assembly," eh?

To make it even MORE successful, use eminent domain to seize that festering slum called the "United Nations," and hand the property over to New York's own General Assembly to expand its success story.

More traditionally, that would apply to close-in Long Island and Northern New Jersey as well. Back office spreads easily to those areas where the shorter commutes attract female employees with children.
