I appreciate that GITMO provides a lot of high dollar employment for lawyers but as these people are all washed out fly them to a deep dark hole and drop them in there.
Release them and rearrest them shortly thereafter.
It is not like we have any problem slaughtering people and it has been 20 years since Iraq One.
Interesting that finding someone not guilty (albeit still sentencing them to life) is a "disappointing" decision. Is the attraction of Guantanamo and the Tribunals that they find people guilty?
Well, I suppose we should now give him credit for finally coming to the right decision -which was so clearly the right one at the outset.
