Mike Levine November 21, 2010 at 6:05 PM So called 'affirmative action' is, like 'ethnic cleasning', 1984-speak for racism. True to their colors, left wingers who 'love the people' reflect the exact bigotry the pretend to abhor. Ron Mitchell November 21, 2010 at 5:05 PM Another fine CJ piece by Harry Stein. Ward Connerly is one of America's great unsung heroes. It is a damn shame that when the mainstream media needs insight into a question of race they turn to race hustlers like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson instead of Mr. Connerly. Like most well-meaning initiatives by liberals, affirmative action has done nothing but harm its intended beneficiaries. The raw courage exhibited by Mr. Connerly's ongoing struggle against racial prefeferences is an inspiration to all who believe in Martin Luther King's dictim that blacks ought to be judged by the content of their character and not the color of their skin. It is sad that so many establishment Republicans have made his fight that much more difficult. I salute this true American hero. Louis Cohen November 21, 2010 at 4:48 AM GOOD WORK. article on Ward Connelly was welcome. J.NormanSayles November 21, 2010 at 2:25 AM Ward Connerly needs to consider the effects of same-sex marriage on the children involved in the relationship. There is no way they can be raised to be psycho-sexually normal. Psychologists and Psychiatrists know this, but they are universally liberal and frequently atheist. They try to pretend they have no dog in the fight. Weep for the children, pray for them.
