  <description>This article is spot on! I attended the public hearing in the summer of 2004 and it was disheartening to see many Black Brooklynites fall hook, line and sinker to the "promises" set forth by this project. Community Benefits Agreements - signed by the City, developers and self-appointed community leaders - never involve the input of the community in which they supposedly serve. Unfortunately the result of the Atlantic Yards pact is more jobless Black citizens and an ugly stadium to boot.</description>
